JPC are based in Swansea and also cover Neath & Port Talbot and Llanelli, offering a mobile PC repair service to home and business customers.

Jeff has worked for Telecommunication and London Law firms and has a Computing degree from Greenwich University.

Here at JPC, we believe in providing a safe, friendly yet professional service to meet all your computing needs - and don’t keep you waiting all day for us to arrive!

JPC are a member of The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB)

No callout fee.

First 90 minutes cost £35 per home PC. Most problems are solved within this time.

Prices are capped at a maximum of £70 per home PC (excluding parts).

Evening visits available.

Discounts for OAPs.

We’ve never yet been unable to fix a problem, so “No fix, no fee” is not necessary!
